The process of an Orin meditation might be as follows:
Find a quiet place to sit and get comfortable.
Close your eyes and take a moment to breathe deeply and relax your body.
Listen to the voice guide that walks you through a series of steps to reach a state of deep relaxation.
As you follow voice guidance, you may be guided through visualizing images or locations, or asked to focus on a specific word or sound.
