Four simple steps:
Choose the holistic service or course you wish to attend.
Open the page with the details relating to the service, if it is a reservation service, choose the date in the calendar and click on it. You will be offered some available times, choose one. In some cases the booking will be agreed directly with the professional via email after purchasing the service. Read the description of the service or course carefully to find out more.

The service has an automatic confirmation via email. If it is an already registered online training course or a download, proceed to confirmation and payment directly online.

In the case of individual online sessions, it is possible that after the automatic email you may receive an email with further confirmation or a request to change the time from the professional himself, with whom you will communicate directly.

At the appointed time, contact the professional by clicking on the link that will be sent to you and start your journey of change!

Phedros accepts the cancellation of reservations, even if already paid, with 48 hours notice. In this case you will be allowed to change the booking or you can ask to receive a refund.
