What is Kundalini

In Hinduism, Kundalini is a form of divine feminine energy believed to be found at the base of the spine, in the muladhara. It is an important concept in Śhaiva Tantra, where it is believed to be a force or power associated with the divine feminine or the formless aspect of the Goddess. It is the flow of energy flowing upwards and the result is the balancing of our chakras and energy bodies.

༄ What is Kundalini energy activation and why is it useful?

Kundalini energy is the ultimate life energy. It is the source of our creative power, spiritual gifts and divine feminine energy. During Kundalini energy activation (KA), this energy is activated and works to release stagnant energies, emotional blockages and realign energy channels. KA can be the next step in your spiritual journey, or it can be the beginning. Everyone has different experiences during sessions, but you'll likely feel more connected to your purpose.

How a session happens

༄ What happens during the Kundalini session?

You will lie on a yoga mat with your palms facing up, close your eyes and breathe gently. This will bring you into a state of total relaxation, during which you will be more receptive to Kundalini energy. Loud music will play as the Kundalini facilitator gathers and holds the energy for you. They will create a safe space for you to experience the transformative power of Kundalini. KA is not like a meditation, you don't have to try to calm your mind. Just observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

༄ Do I need to bring anything to the session?

If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it with you. Comfortable clothing is a must, and we recommend bringing a light blanket as you may feel cold during the session. We recommend not eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before a session. If you need to eat something, choose a light snack like fruit or nuts. Bring an open mind and have no expectations. Everyone has a different experience during the KA session.

༄ Who should not attend these sessions?

Kundalini lessons are not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. Because this process will expand your ability to feel you will need to be able to manage the emotional process between sessions. If this is too difficult to manage on your own, we recommend that you do not continue with the sessions. These sessions are also not recommended during pregnancy.

༄ What is the difference between an online and in-person Kundalini activation session?

Online classes don't differ much from in-person classes. Some people prefer to relax and get energized in a group setting, while others prefer the comfort of their own home. You may feel different levels of intensity depending on where you feel most comfortable.

More details

༄ I have no previous experience with energy work, can I still participate?

Yes! You don't need to have any experience to come to a KA session, as long as you have an open mind and no expectations! How sensitive you are to energy does not depend on whether you have prior experience. The goal of these sessions is to activate this energy within you, it is not a spiritual practice like yoga.

༄ How does a session take place?

You lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed. Loud music is being played. I will “listen” to the energy and touch some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. This is what happens externally. What happens internally is a completely different story...

Kundalini Energy Activation is a direct transmission of energy that activates kundalini in the body. It is a gentle way to awaken kundalini energy, which is our life force energy and source of creative power, spiritual gifts and divine feminine power. The concept of Kundalini is mentioned in the ancient Vedic Sanskrit texts of Hindu philosophy in the 9th-7th century BC and is often portrayed and described as a serpent - coiled at the base of the spine waiting to be released, and symbolically, the energy moves like a snake in the body. When energy begins to move and awakening is happening, sensations such as physical and emotional releases often occur in the body. It's a passive approach, which is simply surrendering and letting the energy awaken when it's ready.

It is a transformational journey that is about removing limitations, releasing stagnant energy and feelings, as well as finding a deeper connection with our highest self.

Take the next step in your spiritual journey and join me in experiencing the power of activating Kundalini energy!
