Holistic approach highlighted in the management of emotional distress and psychosomatic symptoms. It integrates Mindfulness and therapeutic fairy tales (Fairytales) in family centers and schools, addressing critical issues in growth and managing emotions such as anger, fear, a sense of inferiority and jealousy.
